In those cases we will contact the original locator(s) who have received permission from the mobile number concerned, and advise them of the details of the locator requesting permission to locate that mobile phone.
TrackaMobile.net fully supports the Industry Code of Practice relating to location based services where a locatee of the service may be a minor. We make every effort to implement all practical steps to prevent misuse of this service.
The TrackaMobile.net website must not be used for the following purposes:-
· Transmitting material of an obscene or offensive nature.
· Transmitting material which is potentially libellous, abusive, threatening, or unlawful.
· Transmitting material which may cause another distress, anxiety or encourages breach of relevant laws, regulations or codes of practice, or which constitutes a criminal offence.
· Interfering or disrupting the TrackaMobile.net website or other web sites affiliated to the TrackaMobile.net site.
· Attempting to fraudulently obtain location searching permissions from mobile phone users.
TrackaMobile.net reserves the right to:
· modify and post material on the website or to remove material already posted there without prior notice.
· change these terms and conditions from time to time, a note of which will be posted on the main page. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should discontinue your use of the site. Continuing to use the site after the posted date of change indicates your agreement to adhere to the new Terms and Conditions.
· withdraw offers and goods from this website without prior notice.
· Refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion.
You agree to be fully responsible for all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees on a full indemnity cost basis, suffered by us and arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of the Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your Internet account.
Contact will be made to all owners of mobile phones, via text message, added to users’ contact lists directly to obtain their consent to be found through use of the TrackaMobile.net service, and comply with their wishes accordingly.
Owners of mobile phones being found by the service will be advised by SMS message on a random basis to make them aware that they are being located by the service.
Whilst we will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure all details recorded on this Website are accurate, however we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The Website is subject to change from time to time. You will not be eligible for any compensation because you cannot use any part of the Website or because of a failure, suspension or withdrawal of all or part of the Website. We will not be held responsible for any claim or compensation should any details on this website appear inaccurate.
As part of the TrackaMobile.net service, an accuracy rating and other information may be given together with the results of a search performed. No part of the results of a search performed is guaranteed, and are given as a guideline only.

TrackaMobile.net owns the copyright in all materials on this site, which may be used, downloaded, copied, reproduced, republished, posted, broadcast, transmitted or linked only for your own personal and non-commercial use. We levy no charge for the SMS messages sent to us by you during the activation of your account. Any SMS messages you send to us will be charged by your network operator at your standard tariff rate. Similarly, should you request your PIN number to be re-sent to you there is no charge for this.
Registration is chargeable. If you have purchased a TrackaMobile pack, please enter your PIN number to register (although you will still have to submit your credit / debit card details for verification of your identity, no charge will be made to your card when you register). Throughout the website your credit balance will be displayed. Searches performed are charged at 1 credit; text messages sent using the website will be charged at 0.5 credits. Each credit costs 25 pence. Credits can be topped up on the website using a credit or debit card by choosing 'Add Credit'. We will send you an alert when your credit is running low. We levy no charge for the SMS messages sent to us by you during the activation of your account. Any SMS messages you send to us will be charged by your network operator at your standard tariff rate. Similarly, should you request your PIN number to be re-sent to you there is no charge for this.
Searches will be processed immediately and requested via a UK based network operator. Where network congestion or failure delays a search, it may take up to 72 hours to deliver the message. If the mobile phone being searched is switched off, we will be unable to locate it. TrackaMobile.net accepts no liability for searches which cannot be carried out due to network delays or disruption, or if the mobile phone being searched is switched off.
Searches can only be carried out on UK mobile telephone numbers. UK mobile telephones that are roaming outside of the UK will not be able to be located.
The obligations that are set out under the 1998 Data Protection Act tie us to certain legal criteria that we as a company take very seriously. You are entitled to see any personal information we hold about you and to amend or change it if incorrect. Under the Data Protection Act we can charge up to a £10 administration fee.
We will not sell trade or rent your personal information and endeavour to treat it with the utmost confidentiality. We may track the use of the site with regards to traffic, sales pattern and trends etc; however no personal information will be included.
The only circumstances in which personal details will be disclosed are when;
i) required to do so by law.
ii) in response to valid legal request enforceable by law or governmental agencies.
iii) where you have given your consent for us to do so, and we may therefore pass on information about products and promotions which we deem would be of interest to you.

Your personal information will be passed to others whose permission you are requesting for phone location requests, including but not limited to, name and mobile number.
By agreeing to register for the service and become an account holder you agree that the Network Operators (Vodafone, Orange, O2 and T-Mobile) may provide the location details of a mobile phone, for which permission has been received to be located, to us on receipt of a request from an account holder and that where the user of the mobile phone to be located has given consent, we may then provide location details to the account holder.
By using this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained herein. We reserve the right to change these details but will post any alterations on this page so you can always be aware of your legal position. By continuing to use this site you will be agreeing to the changes.
TrackaMobile.net reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time. The credits on your subscription are not bound by any period of time. If TrackaMobile.net discontinues the service whilst you have credits remaining, TrackaMobile.net will refund the amount of credits that you have, this will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If the service discontinues then you will be notified.
· You must provide details of the age of a Locatable User when the Locatable User is a child under 16 years of age and you must confirm your relationship to the child.
· If you request permission to locate a phone which is used by person under 16 years of age, we will contact all other findamobile account holders who have been granted permission by that person to locate their phone and advise them accordingly.
